“Within 3 weeks of being on these my life has changed..no more mood swings,headaches have slowed down and I have reduced the number of hot flushes. So glad I tried these as HRT wasn't an option for me!”

“Was skeptical at first but was desperate to try anything that would help with my hot flushes have to say these really helped to curb them will carry on now I’m hooked try for yourself they’ve really helped me .”

“I was struggling with hideous perimenopause hot moments and this has most certainly helped. I noticed a difference within a month. I am not remotely a sweaty person but these hot moments were physically manifesting sweat on my face and body. Now, 6 weeks in they have 98% gone. I get the occasional hot moment and am warm at night but no perspiring.”
