“So far so good. Took me until my second pack to start noticing the hot flashes and brain fog ease. My sleep still isn’t the best hot then cold but I will persevere.”

“I was struggling with my sleep, mood swings and all the other perimenopause symptoms except hot flushes. By the time I got to my second bottle I definitely felt changes! I’ve been taking the menopause supplement for a few months now and would definitely recommend it! Be patient give it 90 days and I’m sure you’ll see improvements!”
