“3 months in and really noticed a change in my hair. Menopausal and having issues with my hair thinning, but since I’ve been taking these I have noticed my hair seems thicker and less hair shedding. Definitely helping.”

“I have been taking this for several months now and sceptical at first but desperate to try and get some body into my hair. The difference isn't massive but there is definitely a slightly thicker feel to my hair and hair loss has been significantly reduced.”
