Hello Caroline, thank you for your review. We absolutely understand that taste is personal. If you’re sensitive to oils, you may find there’s a mild aftertaste – especially if the capsules are taken on an empty stomach. We always recommend taking them with food and a full glass of water, and some customers prefer keeping them in the fridge or freezer – this can help slow down the breakdown of the oil and reduce any lingering taste. “Got this as a freebie and so glad I got to try these! Very easy to swallow and great addition to the point in the day I take all my supplements. I used to get knee clicking and ache at times, and I've noticed I haven't had that since taking these.”
