“I'm a little disappointed in the Algae capsules. I have been taking them religiously for months but I notice no difference in any way. I thought it would perhaps help with dry areas of skin, blood sugar stability, maybe mood a little but can't see or feel any benefits. Maybe if I had my blood tested it might show improvement in cholesterol levels however. The company have always been very reliable though and sent the capsules on time. I've been using the multivitamin for the past month. Hopefully I'll see some benefits with that one.”
