“I actually have a subscription not a one-time box but hey-ho... On that, at an excellent price point, I cannot complain. As a long-time vegetarian with recently diagnosed low bone density, knowing that I have a steady supply of a quality omega-3 with a good EPA:DPA ratio already sorted has been one small but significant relief. So far, I'm happy with this and the delivery service.”

“I now buy these on the 3 month subscription, which saves me enough money to be able to afford this and another supplement regularly. It has definitely made a difference to my cognitive, memory and other issues. It is not a cure, but it does help enough to be noticeable. Also as a preventative (hopefully) to slow down further degeneration.”

Hello Jane, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We take all feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve our products and services. We would like to address your concerns in regard to our new packaging. Please know all factors were taken into consideration and this change has occurred for the necessity to unify our packaging as well as design a new tub which could protect the contents better. The packaging is now air-sealed, and offers better security. The lid is also airtight. We really do try our best to ensure the customer is the priority. This change in packing came with also a new courier which we believe will be able to provide a better service. This new courier will allow our customers to reschedule a parcel delivery, and request this order to be left at a safe place or with a trusted neighbour. We hope this helps, Cam
