A few tips that can help: shake well with plenty of water or juice, mix in a blender or using a whisk, and try adding the powder to a small amount of liquid first before diluting. Some users find stirring with a spoon for a minute or two helps. Results can vary and many people start noticing subtle changes after a few weeks to a couple of months. “I've been using this now for a couple of months and so far I can't see any difference in my skin or hair. Really not sure what all the fuss is about, or maybe it just takes longer to see a difference, but so far I'm unimpressed by the results. Also the taste is so strong and not very pleasant. I wish they're was an alterbate option you could mix with tea or coffee.”

“After only 1 week I started to notice a difference in the plumpness of my skin. I am just over a month into using this product and I think it is making a difference to my skin and hair. My second batch is lost with the courier - Evri. Jonathan has quickly resolved the problem by sending a new tub. I like the packaging (without plastic). The subscription is easy to manage and the loyalty point system is cool! I will be looking to buy other products from this company for sure and continuing this subscription.”
