“I was really excited to find this product but am disappointed that it tastes and smells so sweet even though it is sugar free. Why an adult product has to taste and smell of children's sweets is baffling. I have tried adding it to my muesli but that ruins my breakfast.”

“Tastes good and seems to have had an effect on nails and maybe skin, but powder gets damp and cloggy towards the end, perhaps smaller packages or better sealing packaging. Also price point seems high considering it spoils so quickly and doesn’t last the month.”

We’d like to apologise for any concern those clumps have caused you, and want to reassure you it is just the natural composition of the powder due to the amino acids- they will naturally clump together regardless of being exposed to moisture. This is normal and the hard clumps can easily be broken with a fork. Best, Agata

“This product goes hard very easily and then becomes unusable. Does not dissolve easily in water and difficult to use. Apparently this has to be used in 30 days, but is not mentioned on the packaging. Poor customer service response to my product which is now unusable. There are better collagen products out there e.g the liquid format which is much easier to use. Shop elsewhere for this product.”
