“I only cancelled because at the moment I have enough to keep me going for a few months. Also the price is quite high for me on a student budget. It was really reasonable when I got the 50% off after purchasing the reusable tampon applicator, but now that it is back to full price there are cheaper subscription boxes around. The quality of products and service is great though, and I would be continuing if it weren’t for the price.”
“The product is excellent and I appreciate the notifications prior to my card being charged. I find managing the account online quite difficult - the interface isn’t optimised for web so, having plenty of supplies this time round, it took me a while to realise the cancellation option was over in the far right that I needed to scroll to.
