“It was a surprisingly easy experience booking our holiday especially when you consider I'm in Australia and it's for a holiday in Scotland. I was surprised by the quick response even with the time difference. Now I can't wait for the holiday!”

“Simple really, you listened to what we were looking for, made three appropriate proposals and we chose one of those. All done in a few days - perfect. Having done several canal holidays It makes the process very easy for both of us. However I did have to spend quite a bit of time to our Australian friends explaining what is involved. If you want to improve your presence on the web and separate yourselves from the competition you need a few well scripted short videos on your website that visually explains the canal experience and the diversity of places you can visit. Maybe I will make one for you during our trip! Loved the enthusiastic lady who dealt with us over the phone. Thank you”

“Abbie was super helpful with our booking, couldn't have asked for better. Was a bit annoying to fill out info on the internet booking form, then the same info on the waterways paper booking form, then the Black Prince booking form.”
