“Dealt with via phone and email after a bank holiday very efficient . Given different options for holiday . Excellent communications and appropriate info supplied ie. How to get to site , canal and river info re narrow boats . Very happy as most of this done while I was out and about . Nothing too much trouble”

“The booking experience was a good one. Initially i completed the questionaire, selected one of the boats brought up according to my requirements, and was then contacted to finalise the selection and give location details. The process went well and the process of receiving the boat was excellent. Obviously, a good working relationship with a good boat hire company. Thanks to all, we are really enjoying ourselves.”
