“Made a reservation online for our first narrowboat holiday, a boat for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children and dog) online on Easter Saturday, within 15 minutes of pressing the reserve button, we had a phone call to advise that the boat that we had chosen might not be the best for the number of people - as it was I had just realised this, also so was looking at other boats at the time. We were able to choose another with her advice, she told us about the places we could go/ get to, within our hire window, over the phone and she completed the booking there and then. All this on a bank holiday weekend when most businesses are closed.. totally Brilliant!”

“I did my initial reservation on a Sunday and the office called Monday and confirmed the booking. The links attached to the booking outlining the COVID-19 process and video outlining the boat procedures was excellent. All in all a very good experience.”

“The website is very easy to navigate with an extensive range of boats and locations to suit everyone. The booking is very straightforward and the staff are very helpful offering advice when needed. Really looking forward to our holiday in May next year ?”
