“I've just booked my second holiday with Waterways Holidays, first being in 2018 and was excellent. The website is very comprehensive and informative but with such a wide choice of boats and routes, inevitably you're going to want to phone them and ask questions, the phone was answered rapidly by a human being, no automated answering machines, the young man I spoke to was, friendly, enthusiastic, patient and very knowledgeable.”
