“The lady who took my enquiry was very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with.As I was unable to confirm the booking at the time she made it so easy to hold but not confirm so when I rang back two days later to cancel the held booking I confirmed another boat and date with the company.Due mainly to the fact it was a pleasure to deal with Waterways I did not look elsewhere.and will most likely book with them again on my booking for a canal boat cruise.”

“A first class experience. The return call was very friendly and prompt the lady was very helpful with a good knowledge of the canal and accommodation available prior to our holiday start. We are looking forward to our canal cruise.”
