“We found a holiday very easy to book and asked that we not be contacted for a couple of days due to a house move. It's not often these days that people fully read requests so I have to say that the customer service was excellent.”

“I found the website easy to navigate and was called promptly on the next working day, as promised, to go through and confirm my booking. I spoke with Trudi who was very patient and helpful when I completely changed my booking to another boat and route that I’d spotted after making my original web reservation; she couldn’t have been more helpful. My confirmation and further details arrived, by e-mail, about two hours after our conversation.”
