“I wasn’t going to leave a review but seeing how heritage parts keeps harassing me for a review you can all read my extremely disappointing experience with this company. Most of the parts are not great quality, I suppose I should be happy someone has gone to the effort to reproduce these but come on quality needs to be loads better. The plastic and fit of most items isn’t great. However the packaging and the way they sent it to me was shocking. A replacement glass was sent wrapped with only with card, no protective bubble wrap etc. placed loosely on top of the glass in bags was the rest of my order. Several parts arrived damaged because of this, the worst was the hazard switch, where it was not protected at all and was severely damaged and not usable. I used the contact section on Heritage website but had zero response and eventually had to ring them. They did sent replacement parts but what a waste of time for everyone when if they just packed stuff properly this could have easily been avoided.”
