“I've eaten a vegan diet for decades and periodically monitor my serum B12 level--it's always been on the low end of normal and never took any supplements aside from B12 added to food products. However, I know it's prudent to supplement this vitamin and in the past found B12 gummies or sprays, but don't like taking something every day and not sure I trust absorption of an oral spray. Purchased this based on reviews, largely for high B12 content so I can take it every 1-2 weeks instead of a daily supplement, and reasonable price. These vitamins taste like crap (even aftertaste from swallowing whole with a gulp of water!) and have massive amounts of other vitamins I don't need or want. Nonetheless, it gets the job done. When this runs out in 1-2 years I'll probably go back to the gummies or spray!”
