“This is the one, finally a vitamin that covers all the needs of a precise pescatarian diet. Im the past I had to take multiple vitamins and still didn’t feel well in myself until I started on vitality V&M. I feel less tired, achy and happy that my endless hunger is under much control. “I like the the fact that the product is specifically for vegetarians as there are so few vitamin supplements that fill that criteria however the lid of the child proof container is difficult to unscrew - it is almost adult proof !”

“Bit confused as there seems to be a silica gel packet in the vitamin jar? I wouldn’t want this touching my food so I’m not sure why it’s in a jar of something I’m meant to consume. I’m not sure I want to have anymore of these now.Aside from that the vitamins are large and need plenty of water to swallow but they go down okay. I left a 3 for the flavour because they smell strange but don’t really taste of anything.”

“As far as I can tell I am having all the correct vitamins and minerals that I need as a vegan and know I won’t be deficient in the important B12 and vit D plus iodine etc all in one fairly easy to swallow tablet. No taste. I also eat a very healthy home cooked diet from scratch 3 good meals a day. Reasonable price too.”
