“Edit: Customer service at Vegan Vitality reached out to me as they'd seen my review. They went above and beyond to ensure a great positive customer experience overall, and as a result, I'll be buying most of my supplements from them in future. A company that cares is a rarity these days, and I'd love to support them.-----------I've just had a full blood count done, and my doctor said my b12 and folate levels are way too high and I need to stop taking them, so please be careful. I've been unwell for a couple of months, and it *could* be due to this (but could also be LongCovid or other). Best to consult with your doctor before taking these and show them the ingredients list, as it no doubt says on the label's small print. Customer service is brilliant, though!”
