“I am not a fan of trying to swallow pills. They often feel like they go down sideways and I want to throw up. I bought these Vitamins for my husband, thinking I'll get myself some liquid vitamins or vegan gummies. I'm happy I decided to first try this though. It's only been two days of taking it, but both times, I was able to swallow it without any drama. I normally have a hard time swallowing acetaminophen... and this s definitely bigger, but somehow, it's going down the way it should. I could not give it a 5 star rating yet because it is too soon to know if it is keeping veganism-induced deficiencies at bay.”
