“Yo no senti diferencia alguna, quizás porque estoy bien nutrida y consumo magnesio, vit.d3, k2, c, y me nutro de vegetales y frutas vivas, uso semillas que nutren, etc, los carbohidratos complejos y procesados no consumo, osea para mi esto no funciona, de hecho un día la tome en la mañana sin comida porque practico el ayuno intermitente y ese día la devolvi, después continue tomandola con comida, quizás para otra persona este bien para mi no funciona que cada quien explore.”
