“When I started to take these in the morning after breakfast, together with my multivitamin (from another brand) it gave me a really bad heartburn! And my tummy is not a sensitive one, so I was pretty surprised. But I didn't want to give up so I tried taking them during the meal (lunch or dinner) and then it's absolutely fine and no heartburn.I've only been taking it for less than 2 weeks and I haven't noticed any difference on my skin but my baby hair which never grew any longer, all of a sudden started to grow long. Hope I will soon see some change on my skin too.”

“Although I've been taking this for a few days I like it. I always had problems to swallow capsules but this are perfect size, no problem at all. Very happy. But the most important thing is that they are vegan.”
