“I found this supplier as alternative to Sainsbury's linseed oil vegan capsules.The capsules are slightly longer than I expected (see photo), BUT are very easy to swallow as the capsule outer is quite thin compared to other brands I have tried. Also there is not the after taste that I would get with other flaxseed or linseed oil based capsules. They are not the cheapest, but as environmental issues are also important, the absence of palm and carrageenan oils made the decision easy. Are they effective? It is difficult to quantify without scientific study, but certainly noticed more joint mobility and less aches over the last few weeks. Having a concentrated Omega 3 source is better than not having one in your diet!”

“Started having problems with knee joints a couple of years ago found these Vegan Omega 3 Algae Oil, only been taking 10 days but already have benefitted from them, it is very hard to find alternatives to fish oil for Vegan these were a golden find for me”
