“I ordered this by accident and was able to get through the helpline with no trouble at all. Greeted by a very friendly person who took my details and said someone would be in touch. Sure enough within minutes someone called me and was able to swap it over no hassle at all. I was amazed by the service and it was up there with the best like John Lewis but with a lot less waiting. Great stuff, will defo order again.”
