“As a new venture using my own trailer I felt the need for any eventuality regarding future loads I’d be carrying. I therefore decided to order the ratchets, knowing exactly the spec I needed. Considering the present situation they were delivered within a few days at a very reasonable price and are exactly what I wanted. I am now a few weeks in to the new venture and they are in use virtually every day and it may be the case ill order more. It strange to say but these days it’s very common to deal with companies that make mistakes and send the wrong thing but that was certainly not the case here.
