“Never received the straps. Apparently DPD have a signature & tracker confirmation of the delivery...no idea who to as the person called 'Smith' (how convenient) doesn't work for us! But obviously the driver couldn't possibly have just pulled up, signed and left without actually delivering the items could he! Because of course he doesn't know his van is tracked! UK Ratchet straps not even considered any form of refund or help whatsoever regarding us being £200 out of pocket...but as long as the DPD driver got a signature (from 'Smith') that was good enough for them. Pathetic and totally proves how easy it is for the drives to get away with theft and us poor legit folk screwed over. Wouldn't recommend and will never use or recommend them again. I'd rather drive to a shop, pay more (as we have now done) and get them myself.”
