“My old ratchets had a spring clip to hold them onto the trailer but through wear & tear they had to be binned. Usher in the new generation and no spring clips. However, these magnet attachments do the job just as well. Given time my concern is the plastic being squashed through as a matter of course, but time will tell.”

“Magnet not very strong. I accidently placed the aid the wrong way round on the strap and it cant be opened again to turn around.”

“Great product, you don't realise how much you needed them until you have tried them. Well made and tough. Only criticism is that if you put them on the wrong way or the strap is damaged, they are very hard to remove without damaging them.”
