“No problem at all with the bags, but why is it necessary to fill the space left in the box with those single use plastic air bags? Surely some scrunched up paper would have done the job if it was needed at all? The bags definitely aren't fragile! Surely the do not bend envelopes would be the perfect postage envelope and fully recyclable????? Thank you”

Hi Caroline. Thanks for your comments. The air bags are to ensure that your bags do not move around in the box and arrive with you in perfect condition. They are made from polythene and are fully recyclable, and reusable - we reuse them all the time. They are also more cost effective than paper which means we can keep our prices down.
