“These photo bags are very high quality and easy to order and pay for. They finish off the presentation of my photography perfectly. BUT DHL have let you down somewhat. I ordered the bags from you on the 26/03/23, I got an email from DHL the next day to tell me that they have my parcel. Got the same email on 28/03/23 say my parcel was on its way, then an hour later got an email telling me that the parcel wasn't going to be delivered as the driver was delayed and to rearrange delivery. This saga went on all week so on friday morning I told them via their app to deliver it to a pick up point as they where in my area I thought that they would drop it off to the shop which I can walk to to collect. but they took it back to there depot and finally delivered it today 3rd April. 7 days later.”
