“This product exceeded our expectations. Trying to help the future of our planet, very often paper for packing of gift parcels is unpliable. Not so with this. The quality is superb, the colouring gorgeous - and is pliable, so no ripped corners ! An all round excellent product - and we will definately be returning to Transpack for future products.”

Thank you for reviewing our product and our service. We are so sorry you are not entirely happy with your paper. Paper gift bags are made from thicker 100gram Kraft paper. This burgundy Kraft paper that you purchased is a 50gram wrapping paper. Wrapping paper is thinner so that it can be easily folded and creased around products, but it is not ideal to make bags. We have beautiful Kraft Gift bags you can purchase online, which may have been better for your purpose. Our sales team are always on hand for advice and we will send you samples for you to test.
