“It's lovely! Just what I needed. Very good colour and quality. Only criticism would be that the package had been folded over in transit and consequently the sheets all have a significant crease. I can work around this but have to say I was disappointed.”

Dear Carol Sorry to hear this - our tissue is usually dispatched completely flat. I wonder if the couriers folded it while in transit. Anyway, if you can't use any of it because of this, please let us know and we'll sort it out for you.
