Can you let us know for what application you were using the tissue paper for, and we can then advise if it was the right product for your needs or not? We do have an Alpine White Premium Tissue Paper, which may have been more suitable. Hi Lily. I'm sorry you are not happy with the colour of the tissue. This is our economy white tissue and often used for packing where colour isn't too important. If you are looking for a whiter tissue we have others which are brighter, however it is correct to describe it as a white tissue. We also have cream and ivory which are very different colours. You would be welcome to send this back to us for a full refund, and we do always recommend having samples to check that the tissue is suitable so if you would like us to send you samples of our brighter white tissues please let us know.
