“Can tell it's quite cheap in the flesh, also arrived green. Although in the small print we were unaware it would be green and when we contacted them about it they weren't very helpful! Shame as they lost a big client in us!”

Hi. I'm sorry you weren't happy but we do clearly say on the website that we have 2 colours and if colour is important to you, you can call and check which colour we currently have in stock. I'm also sorry that you felt we weren't helpful but I have spoken to the lady you contacted and she did offer a full refund so I'm not sure what else we could do? If you do decide to return the loosefill, we will make the refund straight away.
