“I needed a new heat sealer as my old one wasn’t sealing properly and need my marshmallows to be air tight! I ordered this after a conversation both on the phone and on chat. It arrived really quickly and wow what a difference, I now have a great seal which is airtight, great sturdy machine and far better than my old one. Hi Ruxandra Thanks for your feedback - try turning the temperature down slightly. It sounds like it is a bit high which will result in crinkling. If you get the temperature just right you will get a nice smooth seal. Transpack
