Hi. I'm sorry to hear these aren't working for you. We have checked our current stock and the boxes are all good quality and locking together well . Sometimes if its your first time of using them it can be a bit confusing as to how they lock together. I will email you some photos which may be help. If you are stll not happy wth them you would be welcome to send them back for a full refund.
