“The Z clips are fine, and I give them 5 stars, the staff are very polite, and for their politeness I give them a 5. Unfortunately the delivery service was so dreadful that I give it 0 stars. I ordered the clips late Friday 7th July, and to be fair that counts as ordering them on Monday 10th July. When I ordered them, the website told me they would be delivered by Tuesday 11th July. The order was not sent out until Wednesday 12th July, and they were sent by a Royal Mail tracking service. You couldn't track the order online, and Royal Mail lost the package. On Friday 14th July when they had still not materialised, I was told that they would be sent out by DX carriers 24 hour service. I was then told that the couriers had picked up the parcel on Monday 17th July, and would be with me the next day. The tracking number for this didn't work, and it turned out this was in fact a Royal Mail tracking number. The clips actually arrived on Wednesday 19th July, delivered by Royal Mail!!! As I spent over £50, delivery was free, however, I would have paid extra for a more efficient delivery. I was offered 10pct refund for my troubles, which I think is an insult, as the delay caused on this particular job cost me a lot more than £5.40p, needless to say I did not take them up on this. I have subsequently been offered a 15pct discount on my next order. Well that won't happen either, because I will not be ordering from Tradefit again, and I certainly won't buy from anyone that uses Royal mail as their delivery service in future, as they are hopeless. Lesson learned.”
