“The bracket is excellent, worth 5 stars really, however I have had to take off 1 star because if the Tradefit experience.
I placed the order on the website.
The page clearly stated free delivery over €30 order, which was great, but not tye reason I chose Tradefit.

At checkout there was only one shipping option available, and it was chargeable, so I thought the free shipping would kick in later.
It did not.
I contacted the company as I was surprised.
They confirmed that for the uprights that I ordered with these brackets, from the same product page, from the exact same page, there is no free shipping, so far ok however...
When the next working day, by 11pm there was still no dispatch notification, and no tracking number I contacted them again to ask if the advertised, for that product, on that page, next day delivery, which according to their website terms means there will be next day delivery, also wasn't really true?
I got no response.
A couple of days later, the items ordered, all from that one page, uprights and the corresponding brackets ( I should explain, it is a drop-down where you select brackets by size and uprights by size, so it is one page , on their website which has many lovely products on many pages, but what I bought was all on one page, and that page stated free shipping over €30 and stated next day delivery, and the checkout only had one delivery option, not several, I didn't pick a slower delivery, I only had one option and it did not state slow or fast or anything in-between, it just said "delivery " it was the product page itself that stated free delivery and next day delivery and the delivery terms pages I double checked also said that)
So, as long as you don't need your order any time soon, and you don't mind it turning up unannounced with no delivery notifications, then yes, this website has so many useful fittings products, and all clearly shown with many size options available, which is great , but customer service is definitely not something I feel they are great at, from my own personal experience.
The products I ordered when they arrived were great, lovely, well made, strong,
yet , when you might get them and whether you pay for delivery, it's a mystery.”
