“I ordered the handle s they came prompt , great I fitted a few to the customer s door ,but unfortunately the gap between handle and frame was to tight ,I was carefull and only tried a few ,so I packed them back email customer service ,they said as I used some they were unable to return ,crazy yes I tried but they were no use ,still boxed up I bought 7 sets total £174 disgrace not happy ,don't order unless you are sure get lost trade fit ,as a trades man will shop elsewhere better”

I am sorry to read your poor feedback, I tried to call you to discuss to clear up any misunderstanding. As per our messages I am more than happy to accept a return of the sets that still have the full parts.
My last message to you, which I have not had a response on (5th Dec) was that the 5 sets you have not used/fitted and still have all the parts for can of course be returned for a refund. I have even offered a prepaid label to send them back.
I am sorry but the 2 sets you have used and fitted and you no longer have the screws and fixings for, cannot be returned for a full refund.
I did also offer a solution for extending the gap between the frame and door knob so that you could keep them if you wished as you did order latches that were too short.
Please come back to me as the offer of the refund still stands.
