“Sadly the product was missing a workable second screw. It was a Friday and I sent a request for another screw, but couldn't wait so it cost me another £3.98 for a box of screws from Screw fix. So what was a fairly reasonable purchase ended up being expensive. Therefore the product was sold not fit for purpose, but the customer service did react on Monday and sent a whole new numeral. So service good product quality poor”
