I am sorry to read your review and that our item fell below your expectations. I must say this is unusual to hear as our customers are normally very impressed with the quality of our items and the 5 year guarantee on everything.
The measurements are all listed within the photos however I appreciate sometimes its hard to tell until the item is in your hands, that's why we offer a free 30 returns policy also.
Our spindles are 100mm in length so should suit standard doors up to thicker fire doors also. I am more than happy to get a replacement out to you if you wish, please come back to me and I will of course get it resolved.
