I am sorry for the confusion, having checked your order I can see you ordered on 18th July. We sent a confirmation email and a shipping notification email with tracking details.
Our courier first attempted delivery on 19th July and no one was home, then again on the 20th and 21st July. Each time you were notified on the tracking. The courier then held the parcel whilst waiting for an update from you. As no arrangements we made the courier returned the parcel to us on 22nd July and we of course then refunded you in full.
I do apologise if this is not what you wanted however my records indicate no calls or emails from you. We therefore assumed you no longer required the parcel. You are more than welcome to reorder for a delivery time that is convenient for you.
