“We have had aprpox 50 FB2 locks and at least 10 have been very hard to use, we have been unable to turn the key unless we do it with a pair of pliers which is not right. we have tried some WD40 inside and that has helped but its not good. We also had FB1 locks instead of FB2's which in turn delayed the work but you did send the new FB2 locks iout straight away so that was good. Your prices are competitive but the locks seem a bit sub standard.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with some of the FB2 locks and for the inconvenience this caused to your work. This is certainly not the level of performance we aim to deliver.
We do, however, appreciate you acknowledging that when the incorrect FB1 locks were initially supplied, we acted quickly to send out the correct FB2 replacements straight away. Providing prompt support and minimising delays for our customers is something we take seriously.
We have noted your comments regarding the stiffness of some of the locks and will be raising this with our manufacturing and quality control teams to ensure this issue is addressed going forward. Your feedback is extremely valuable in helping us improve our products.
