“Sadly these require the spindle cutting down for anything less than a 55mm width door, so doing 28 handles wouldn't be practical. Odd product and sent it back, now have similar product from competitor and works great with no spindle cutting.”

I am sorry to read your review. As explained we mainly supply the trade and so longer spindles that suit most door sizes is ideal for our customers, it avoids waste in sending a variety of spindle lengths.
We have tried to make it clear online with the measurements also but of course you are welcome to take advantage of our free and easy returns process and send back for a refund.
