I tried to call to resolve this and have left a message with my details.
Apologies that your order was not received, it does appear there was an issue with the courier. I can see your message to us on 16th July at 12.19, however my colleague Callie did respond the same day at 12.50 to offer a refund or replacement. We have not heard back as of yet.
I am happy to of course either send a replacement order or issue a full refund, please confirm or give me a call to discuss.
