“Unfortunately the good's never arrived! The parcel was dispatched in good time and passed onto the courier. The delivery was never made and parcel was returned tp supplier. I immediately got a refund for the value of the goods less the delivery charged rather than have replacements sent.”

I am so sorry to hear about the issue you have had with your delivery, the tracking is showing that the delivery was attempted, so then the item was returned to us. We will take investigate this with our courier for you. I have also refunded the delivery charge that you had paid for. I can guarantee this is not the usual experience that our customers have and I hope you can bare this in mind for the future.
