These handle packs you have ordered are suitable for fire doors and provided with fire rated hinges. The spindles provided are therefore 100mm, this is so they fit a variety of doors thicknesses including a 44mm fire door. The spindles can easily be trimmed down to suit a slimmer door using a hacksaw.

“Every thing looks and fits perfectly .....all except the circular collars for the door handles. They do not fit flush and most certainly do not fit the circular fitment for the handle mechanism. There is a terrible space on all of these fittings which is terrible on the eye.”
