“The bar for the bathroom thumbturn was rediculously long and caused me massive inconvenient as I had to grind this bar down to fit the lock set. Also the screws with this are by far to long screwing into as the Mortice lock inserted into the door the screws hit this and protrude about 4mm in then had to go out and buy more smaller screw
And bits. Would not have expected this and caused massive inconvenience and delay to my job. Deliver was good.”

For future reference. The thumbturn spindle and screws are supplied longer to accommodate door thicknesses between 25–55mm, so you would be able to cut the spindle down with a hacksaw and the screws with ply cutters to avoid contact with the mortice lock.
