If the latch was not suitable for your door or did not perform as you expected, please feel free to reach out to our customer service, we would have been happy to support and issue any replacements that would have been needed. Due to the inconveneince this has caused you, I have refunded you for the latches the money should be back in your bank within 48 hours.

I am sorry to read your review and hear we let you down on this occasion. It is extremely disappointing that this happened twice as it certainly is not our normal service.
As per our messages I am glad that you have now received the correct item and this has been resolved. We have also made some changes to the stock to ensure this does not happen again.
