“The goods I ordered are excellent value for the item, but your measuremen instructions fall short on information. You do not inform people regarding the width of the handles. Due to one of my doors being fitted with a thinner door handle, I purchased one of your handles witch came with 75mm screw fixings but actually needed 85mm screw fixings. Should all handles come with both size fixings to help future purchases being covered against non information.”
