“Comfy and waterproof, look pretty stylish. I’ve got flat feet so used the insoles - wouldn’t say they’re the most supportive for me but probably better if you’ve for normal arches and no pronation. Nice for long shifts.”
“It was a recommendation online for nurses however, it start to hurt after a 12 hour shift, I felt a friction on my feet and the insoles then it was too firm even tried to switch the free insoles but not helping. Can't recommend for those who got foot arch concerns or to someone who suffers from plantar fasciitis.”

I am size 9 and wears thick socks but it seems a little bit big for me. The material does not seem will last long compare to my previous work shoes.
